Work with governing units to gain entitlement and project approvals

Manage large scale development construction

Conduct Invitation to Bidders for mass grading, utility and streets

Obtain bids for work outside Prime Contractor (trees, landscape, fence, irrigation, buffer posts, etc.)

Engage private utility contracts and manage joint trench installation

Ensure public infrastructure is turned over to and warrantied by the city in a timely manner

Primary site manager and contact to home builders and contractors

Design and manage build out of site amenities (entry monuments, CBU mailboxes, pool lots)

Manage project closeout and arrange for all LOC reductions and reimbursement of any remaining escrows or administrative fees
